Stage 1: Land Reclamation and Initial Cultivation
The first stage of the project focused on the reclamation of 200 acres of land. Within this area, 150 acres were dedicated to the cultivation of alfalfa, a hardy and nutritious forage crop. Additionally, 25 acres were set aside for the growth of parchment figs, and another 25 acres were reserved for peach orchards. To further diversify the crop selection, 50 acres were utilized for the planting of sugar beets within the fig and peach cultivation zones. To support this initial stage, two groundwater wells were drilled and operated, and high and medium voltage power lines were extended to the farm, ensuring the necessary infrastructure was in place.

Calf Farm
The farm will include a dedicated calf rearing facility, where young calves will be carefully raised and nurtured to support the dairy operations. This specialized area will ensure the optimal health and development of the calves, laying the foundation for a thriving dairy herd.
Dairy Farm
At the heart of the farm lies the state-of-the-art dairy facility, where a herd of high-yielding dairy cows will be carefully managed to produce a steady supply of fresh, nutritious milk. The dairy farm will be equipped with the latest technologies to ensure efficient and sustainable milk production.
